The staff was very friendly. Great pool, great breakfast and ideal location.
We stayed in one of the older cottages that was a little outdated but still clean and comfortable. Could benefit from new carpet.

We had a car, so 5 minutes drive to turtleback mountain. The location was near everything we wanted to do. Would be happy to recommend this venue for every one, nothing bothered us👌😃🙂

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several areas. First, the value for money was impressive - the prices were reasonable for the quality of the accommodations. Second, the attention to detail was remarkable, especially in the rooms. The kitchenette was well-equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Lastly, the location of this hotel was truly breathtaking, with stunning views of the harbor and marina. It definitely added to the overall experience.
Our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

The staff was friendly and continental breakfast was great
We stayed in the apartment sweet which was fine, but I would have preferred to be in one of the nicer cottages. They are only ten dollars more. It would not take much for them to freshen up the apartment suites.

Stayed there about 10 years ago, and remembered the nice rooms and hot tub.
Had an older room this time--nice but not as nice as the deluxe cottage we stayed in last time.

However, I will admit that there were a few positive aspects of our stay. The location of the resort was beautiful, with stunning views of the harbor and marina. It definitely had a picturesque quality to it.
the staff was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. It felt like they couldn't be bothered to assist us with anything.

Nice view and good location.
We were forced to switch to a bigger room since we brought our small children (ages 3 & 5). This was ridiculous, considering we were in a one bedroom suite with a huge bedroom and an attached living room with a kitchen and enormous bathroom. This room was updated and beautiful with a nice view. The room they moved us to was dated, smelt like mold and did not have a view. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed EVER! My husband and I still have horrible back pain and it has been two days since we left the resort! We travel with our children all the time and have never been made to feel bad about it. The hotel manager actually referred to our CHILDREN, as extra people we were trying to sneak in! Which is ridiculous and so unprofessional!! On a side note, the hotel desk clerk (not the manager), was very kind and went out of her way to be nice to our kids.

Excellent continental breakfast and good coffee in a pleasant dining room. Loved the hot tub on the deck. Handy kitchenette area, surprisingly good selection of TV stations. Also DVD player and sound system a nice touch. Surprising little noise considering very high occupancy. Sunday newspaper!
Room smell!! Very musty. Wish the view from the balcony had been a little less obstructe, but views from office area and pool were great.

I recently stayed at a charming harbor resort and had a delightful experience. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable for what was offered, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Secondly, the location was idyllic. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, it offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Lastly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, accommodating, and attentive to all our needs. I particularly appreciated the rooms with the kitchenette, as mentioned in one of the reviews, which provided the convenience of preparing our own meals. Additionally, the breakfast options were satisfying, giving us a great start to the day.
Everything was more than satisfactory.

Stayed here during Christmas and it was lovely. the cottages were well equipped and cozy. the harbor view was amazing, especially during sunsets. the staff was helpful and gave suggestions for activities on the island. A big plus was the continental breakfast they offered, it saved us time in the morning.
It was pretty isolated and we had to drive a bit to get to restaurants or shops. the hot tub was not as hot as we would have liked, it could only get to a lukewarm temperature.
